Raw Thai Young Coconut Soup

I have to be honest, I haven’t always liked the idea of a cold soup!  But, since living in a hot climate here in Singapore, it has become more appealing, so I gave it a try!

This recipe is so delicious, fulfilling and nutritious and excellent if you suspect a parasite or dis-biosis in the gut.  Young coconut meat and milk is very nutritious and healing, and is a natural anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anti-parasitic!  It is also full of fibre and good fats (which feed the brain) and help our body to make hormones!

If you live on The East Coast, there’s a fantastic vegetable shop called VEGGYYA! It’s along East Coast Road between Still Road and Telok Kurau Road next to the Caltex garage! It has parking right outside and most of their produce comes from Australia and some from Malaysia! Check them out!

This dish is wonderful to serve as a starter or as a main course meal!
