This is the most delectable dressing ever!!  It’s so good that I’ve resorted to using it as a dip – cannot get enough of this stuff!!

You can use it over salad, with chickpeas to make hummus or over just about any savoury dish!  Delicious over quinoa too!

Enjoy every tasty mouthful!

Tahini Dressing


1/2 cup tahini 3/4 cup water

2 Tbsps sesame oil

2 Tbsps tamari or soy sauce

2 tablespoons rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar

1 Tbsp maple syrup

1 clove garlic, minced

1 teaspoon ginger, minced


  • Blend all ingredients in a blender (or thermomix) until smooth.

  • Pour into a sealed container or jar

  • Dressing will keep for a week in the refrigerator (if it lasts that long)!
