The Mexican 7 Layer Dip is an absolute hit!!!  BUT, I must say that I’ve made it (and eaten it) that many times that I thought maybe it’s time for something new!  My youngest daughter loves Hummus and has learnt how to make it herself now, so we have a tub of Hummus in our fridge permanently!

This is such an easy dip and most households will generally have the majority of the ingredients used in this recipe!

Give it a go and let me know what you think!

Greek Yogurt

Tomatoes, finely chopped

Cucumber, chopped into small blocks

Kalamata Olives, pitted and chopped

Feta Cheese, crumbled

Red Onion, finely chopped

Fresh Basil and Mint, finely chopped for garnish

Layer your dip in a dish depending on the amount of people you are serving.

Start with the Hummus on the bottom, Pour the yogurt over the hummus and spread so that it covers the Hummus. Layer the tomatoes, cucumber, Olives, Feta and red onion over the top and garnish with finely chopped fresh basil and mint.
