BARBEQUED PORK SPARE RIBS

I can’t even remember where I found this recipe, but it is one of the best recipes – and so easy to do!  I used to boil the ribs the night before, make the marinade and leave it in the fridge overnight, but have found the SLOW COOKER so much easier, and they turn out tender and full of flavour!  The meat literally falls off the bone!  So delicious!  Best place in Singapore to get ribs is Meat Collective along Tanjong Katong!  https://meatcollective.ecwid.com/#!/MEATS-&-BONES/c/13552206

Or, you can find Meat Collective SG on Facebook!
