I have honestly made this dish SO often, that I thought it was worth sharing. I’ve never met anyone who didn’t enjoy this recipe! My kids LOVE it and there’s never any leftovers.
I originally found this dish on a fabulous blog called http://www.nomnompaleo.com – beautiful recipes, which are healthy and paleo! I’ve replaced a few ingredients, as it’s not always easy to get the ingredients she talks about, as we live in Singapore.
Having a slow cooker is just brilliant! It’s easy as you can leave it on while you’re out and it doesn’t use much electricity compared with an oven. If you don’t have a slow cooker for this recipe, and you’re home most of the day, you will be able to slow cook it in the oven.
You can find Grass fed Beef or Lamb at either of the following trusted places in Singapore:

Here it is!! Enjoy!

6 Garlic Cloves, peeled and roughly chopped
