Of course we also know the wonderful health benefits of Coconut Oil found in Coconut Cream – think healthy fats! AND, the health benefits of Raw, Organic Cacao, which is full of Magnesium – very important for a good nights rest, to calm our nervous system and help repair our muscle tissue and skin!

2 x 200ml Coconut Cream (or 1 can Organic Coconut Cream) 1/4 cup Raw, Organic Cacao Powder Xylitol or Honey to taste - I only use about 1 tablespoon per batch Pour Coconut Cream into a bowl and place in the fridge overnight (uncovered)! This will thicken up the cream nicely. Once you remove it from the fridge, either scoop the more solid coconut cream from the top, or use the whole batch if it's thickened nicely Add the cacao powder to the mixture, as well as the Xylitol or Honey and give the mixture a good stir. By hand is best, as when I tried to do it in a blender, it became too runny. Place in a jar and in the fridge and eat as necessary!! It is delicious with the Banting Granola and Berries.
