See my own tried and tested Granola Recipe below! I would love feedback!
Ingredients 1 cup Sesame Seeds (I used black, but white is great too) 1 cup Slivered Almonds 1 cup Pumpkin Seeds 1 cup Pecan Nuts 1 cup Macadamia Nuts 1 cup Hazelnuts 1 cup Unsweetened Flaked Coconut 4 tbsp Coconut Oil 2 tbsp Raw Honey Preheat oven to 160 deg C. Place all ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Mix together using your hands until all nuts are coated with the oil and honey Spread over a lined baking tray. Place in the oven for 10 minutes and keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn't brown too much. Remove from the oven and stir mixture so that the mixture at the bottom is able to brown too. Place in the oven for another 10 mins, once again checking on the mixture to makesure it doesn't burn. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Place in an airtight container (preferably glass) and use as needed. This mixture is great as a snack or as morning granola or for dessert
